- Items are sold on a first-pay-first-serve basis. Reservations will not be entertained
- Prices are quoted nett and are non-negotiable
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Items sold are based on prices quoted at the point of sales
- All sales are final. Items sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable
- Refund will only be issued for out-of-stock items
- Order will be confirmed upon receipt and verification of payment and order information
- All orders will be mailed using normal mail to Singapore addresses only, unless otherwise stated
- Please refer to individual product page for postage fee. Postage fee varies with every product
- For normal postage, order will be mailed out within 3 working days after order confirmation, unless order consists of out-of-stock/pre-order items or otherwise stated
- For registered mail, please add S$2.50 to your purchase
- Registered mail will be posted every Saturday
- Prior to mailing, items will be visually checked and electronic items tested for defects
- Items will be properly packed for protection during mailing
- We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during mailing. Registered mail is strongly recommended
- Delivery time for regular postage is approximately 1-2 working days*
